These Terms govern access to the Tracera website and trial access to Tracera software. By using the site or requesting a trial, you agree to these Terms.

Tracera software is proprietary. Production use requires a written agreement with Tracera. Until that agreement is in place, access is limited to a trial period.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise:

• Trials last 30 days and are for familiarization only.
• Production use is not included in a trial.
• Availability commitments and an SLA are not included in a trial.

• Provide accurate information on the trial request form.
• Use trial access only lawfully and not for production use.

The website and software are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Tracera is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use or a trial.

Third-party open-source components included with Tracera remain under their own licenses.
