Tracera is designed to run in your environment. An on-prem option is available today — data stays under your control.

Cloud hosting is coming soon.

The public website collects only what you submit on the trial request form (and standard operational logs needed to run the site). It does not receive data from your on-prem deployment.

Access to a customer deployment is controlled by that deployment’s administrators (accounts, roles, and tokens). Users configure personal access tokens and MCP in Tracera themselves — for agents and automation.

We do not claim SOC 2, ISO, or similar certifications.
